How to Get Started?
Once a primary physician writes a prescription for hospice care, call us at 747-237-7018, and we will immediately send a representative to discuss benefits and arrange admission into the hospice.
Eligibility for Hospice
An individual is eligible under the following insurance benefits: Medicare (Part A), Medi—Cal, HMO/Medicare (Part A), Private Insurance, and other types of payment. Patients who have been diagnosed with a Terminal Illness or End Stage Disease with a life expectancy of 6 months or less are certified by their Attending Physician and the Hospice Physician.
